I just woke up from a dream about a person of my past and I decided to look into it online. What's interesting is that I had decided to look into a nightmare I had when we were together and most (if not all) of the interpretations spoke of something about not confronting what needed to be confronted. It also told me I was inexpressive with my emotions and that I was hiding and keeping back something that I shouldn't have been.

I think it's kind of funny because it was all true. After I had the nightmare, I called him and he did nothing to ease my fears. It was the beginning of many more let downs to come. What if I had looked into that nightmare, would I not have been to where I was at the time? I'll never know, but I sure am glad that it's all over and done with.

PLUS! The reason I've been so busy and MIA lately from everywhere is because I have a puppy now! She's going to be 3 months old on the 25th and she's the most precious little thing in the world! She'll only bark when she's excited and when she whines and you tell her "no" or "stop it" she'll usually stop. Such a smart little thing. I brought her home on the 6th with M and she's already learned how to use her puppy pads when she needs to pee. She's been through a whirlwind of names, and we've finally landed on Beanie! Mainly because she looks like a coffee bean.

Her original name was Tahlula. We had called her Lulu at home, but my dad was very much against that name simply because my grandpa's name is Lu and he felt it was disrespectful. She was then called Kiko for a little bit before going through another extensive search for a name; Mushroom, Flower, Taco, Poko, Gigi, Pony, Lazy, Lilo, Mushoo, and Bear.

This morning she attacked the wall because she jumped around on my bed and bonked her head. She's so silly! She likes to sleep in the crack between the wall and my bed and likes to sleep on her back. But when she IS on her back, she snores horribly loud. Like an old man. It's kinda funny.

I'm planning on dressing her up as this for Halloween:

Or a Disney Princess! Haha, I'm so excited, I don't even know what I'M going to wear. What're you guys gonna dress up as?

@subaru3169 - hahaha, mine won't either! the little beaner just pissed on my bed last night. apparently she doesn't know that you're not supposed to go where you sleep.

omg that is a huge no no for me because of that.. mine's kinda small too, so she's indoors a lot.. i'm trying to get mine to go solely in the crate so she can walk around and all but i think i'm either not doing it right or she's dumb=/

and she's damn sneaky too.. whenever i leave her in the crate for a while, she would take a shit on the tray and use the puppy pad to cover it up which makes cleaning a bit worse.. ugh, damn nasty.. i run out of disinfectant wipes really quickly

if you get any brighter ideas, lmk!!

yea, she doesn't sleep on my bed anymore because of that, haha. i learned my lesson the hard way.

i crate trained my previous dog and it was A LOT easier than it is now with her. what kind of dog do you have, btw?
when i crate trained him, i usually just put him in there when he did something bad or when i'm away at school or at work so that he didn't terrorize the house. eventually he got the hang of it and called to me whenever he had to go pee.

this one's doing good with going outside 'cause i let her outside every few hours so she knows that's where she goes, but she still has a problem with playing in the grass instead of taking her craps. i have to stand outside with her for 10 minutes at least! it's ridiculous!

at least your puppy doesn't eat her own poo! i caught mine sneaking a piece of crap away in her mouth once. and my previous dog ate and played with his. he was kind of an idiot haha.

but i guess for the most part it's just reinforcement. when she does something bad, make sure she knows she's done something wrong and then punishment like time out in the crate or staying on her bed.
whenever Bean pees where she isn't supposed to, i punish her and i put her on her training pads and make her sit there for a few minutes without moving. she hasn't caught on yet though.. which is weird 'cause she used to be really good with the puppy pad. i think she's gotten dumber.

mine's a hotdog dog and supposedly a pitbull mix

aww sounds like you've got it down then!! mine's just dumb, i have no hope i don't think=/

she sometimes steps and lies down in her own poop.. i don't think she likes the pads very much.. i dunno, i guess i'll try to get her into a class or something.. i definitely can't do this myself=(
