If... you've been ordered by your doctor to take some medication that you have an exact number of for an exact number of days... and you happen to throw up right after taking one of the pills... what do you do?
Pick it out of the bucket that you threw up in?
Say "oh well" and wait for tomorrow's pill?
Take tomorrow's pill in place of the thrown up pill?

Just a wonder

BTW! Anybody living in/at/around San Jose need a roommate or renting? I have a friend who's moving back to San Jose and is in search of a place to stay. $700-$1000 is the budget. Lemme know what's up! Thanks.

I think that it just becomes a missed dose..
read the information that comes with the packaging, there's always stuff on missed doses due to a crapload of reasons!

usually when you miss a dose though, they tell you to double up the next day right? haha, what if you don't have that extra pill to double on! lol uh oh

doubling up makes sense, but it depends on what you're taking... doubling up could also give you levels of the drug that are too high... I don't really know!
when I miss doses of antibiotics or whatever, I usually just take them as soon as I realize...
missing a dose, and throwing up a dose is different though, you don't have that one extra pill to replace

Double dosing is never the recommendation, actually. If you threw up, its just a missed dose. Just take the one that you're supposed to take tomorrow.
